Bill Cleveland is a Change Management Specialist.  He was Director of Information Systems at Goochland County, Virginia, for 22 years. Prior to that he was a Systems Analyst for the City of Roanoke, Virginia, and a Senior Systems Analyst for Honeywell. Bill is a graduate of Troy State University in Troy, Alabama, and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He completed a double major program of Accounting and Computer Science.

Chris Ballard is an Implementation Consultant. He worked for GCH International, Inc. for 9 years as a NAV System Administrator.  Earlier in his career he was a NAV and GP Product Specialist with Price Data Systems, Micro Computer Solutions, and as an Independent Contractor. Prior to that he was employed by Quaker Oats Company in various accounting roles.  Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing Management and Accounting from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky.
