At k12enterprise.zendesk.com, you can enter a request for support, check on the status of submitted support tickets, and keep up with the latest K12 Enterprise information, including User Forums, year-end documentation, Conference information, and more.
As a registered user, you can submit your requests for support directly to email@example.com, attach documents such as relevant pages from a report, check on the status of your support tickets, and communicate with our support personnel.
We encourage you to use the K12 Enterprise Help Desk as often as practical. Any time you contact the support desk, whether through a direct email, phone call, or the K12 Enterprise Help Desk website, a ticket is generated that will detail the issue, steps taken, and ultimately the resolution. By being a registered user, you have access to these tickets even after the problem is solved and the ticket is closed.
The Help Desk also features critical information such as announcements, printable year-end documentation, and User Forums so you can share information with other districts.
