Our business is growing, and we’re looking to add to our Support Services team. Your primary focus will be providing application support and trouble-shooting services to customers using our SunPac Financials solution. Other duties include providing refresher and new-user customer training. You will constantly be interacting with customers and co-workers regarding a wide variety of business and application matters. You must be able and willing to occasionally travel overnight to customer sites.
The applications you’ll be supporting are used in the normal day-to-day business departments and include applications such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Purchasing.
To be successful in this position you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, be very detail oriented, possess an excellent ability to listen to a customer and quickly understand and assess their situation, and be effective in an environment where multi-tasking is often essential.
